Returns, Damages and Shortages
We operate a simple returns policy whereby you can return your order within 14 days of payment.
There are a few exceptions where we will allow you to go over this time for example if there was a delay
in us dispatching your order or your order getting lost.
If your products arrived damaged you must take clear photographs showing the damages and send
them to us within 24 hours of receiving your order - we will then get back to you with a decision and refund you.
If you simply change your mind and no longer want the order you can return to us at your cost. We are able
to have our courier come back to collect the parcel from you and bring back to us once return postage has been
paid. Alternatively you can make your own arrangements in returning the order to us. Our return
address will be on your address label.
If your order arrives and there is an item missing, please take a clear photograph of what you have receieved along with the packaging box and contact us through our Contact Us page, we will then get back to you within 24 hours. If we believe the missing item was a picking mistake we will refund you for it. We do not send out any missing items, so a refund will be issued.
