Couldn’t ask for better!

I’d ordered Christmas sweets from thesweetboxshop before and received excellent service and quality products. But with this product they really went the extra mile! I ordered 4 for each of my nephews for Christmas but the youngest is still in the chocolate only stage and I wanted to keep their gifts very similar. I got in touch through the Contact Us section and asked if they could do one with chocolate. I got a swift reply letting me know that they could and to write in the comments box when I made my order that I wanted one with a chocolate mix. Unlike certain food places I could mention, the people processing my order actually read my comments and shortly thereafter 3 jellies and 1 chocolate mix snowmen arrived. They’re a good size and surprisingly heavy meaning the kids will be very pleased on Christmas morning when they sample the festive stocking filler. In summary, great product, great service and exceptionally accommodating of requests that probably took them some extra work. I’ve already recommended them to others!
